In May 2018 I took on the role of VR technician for FOX 8 Cleveland. It was literally a dream come true and something I will never forget. My position with the company ended in January 2020.
Below are examples of my work as a photographer for the station. NOTE: The videos were shot by me. They do not include voice over work or lower thirds. They are, however, edited.

First two videos are hard to forget. It’s a field of sunflowers along a stretch of highway in Avon, Ohio, to remember those who have died from brain cancer. It was reported that 2018 was the final year for the field in that location.
The next two videos are from the Real Black Friday Event celebrated each year in Public Square in an effort to bring attention to African-American entrepreneurs.
Third, the hype surrounding the return of Hall of Fame caliber talent Josh Gordon to the Cleveland Browns was incredible. He was eventually traded to the New England Patriots and didn’t last long there. Football fans everywhere should hope that a receiver with his gifts can someday return.
The last set is from a house fire on the eastside of Cleveland. Nobody was home at the time, thankfully.

The first two videos are from the OSHP ‘Can The Cruiser’ event held annually to support the city of Niles, Ohio, community services food pantry. They do great work and help over 700 families in the area.
The next two are from the Youngstown Flea Makers Market held in the lot next to the Covelli Centre. During my time at WKBN I had witnessed first hand the growth in both vendors and attendees.
The third set of video examples of my work are from a nice diner, Old Towne Grill. They started a mentorship program for students in the area where they could relax, eat some good food, and get work done.
And last, the Idora Park Experience is a museum dedicated to the old amusement park in Canfield, Ohio. The owners offer a collection of artifacts from the park and I have heard people say that they get a real sense of nostalgia when they walk through the doors. The historic park lasted from 1899 through 1984 and the mission is to find, rescue, and restore items from Idora.
